Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand that life can be unpredictable, and we do our best to stay flexible. Here’s how cancellations and rebookings work:

• Cancellation: If you cancel at least 7 days before the workshop, we’ll provide a full refund, minus the reservation fee.

• Late cancellation: If you cancel within 7 days of the workshop, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund, unless there are exceptional circumstances (e.g. illness). In that case, please reach out — we’re happy to discuss a fair solution.

• Rebooking: You may request to reschedule your booking up to 7 days before the workshop, provided there is another bookable event available. For requests made later than 7 days in advance, rebooking may still be possible at the discretion of the organiser.
